Why I built this — and why it matters.
I grew up in a broken home. Raised by my grandparents. Instability early on — the kind that stays with you. As I got older, I struggled deeply. I was an addict for much of my adult life. I know what it feels like to not feel safe in your own body.
Fitness became my anchor. It gave me structure. It helped me get clean and rebuild my life from the ground up.
I started in Southern California's high-performance fitness world. Then my body changed — 52 years old, years into perimenopause — and the approach that always worked for me stopped working.
That's when everything shifted. I moved from training bodies to coaching people. I built my practice in New York. Now I work with women all over the world.
